Navigating towards peace and joy in your life is a ‘hands-on’ task that needs constant reinforcement to change course from where you might be now. It starts with changing the thoughts that you think because that is where you create your reality!
Thoughts can be changed but it takes vigilance and discipline to turn them toward what you want and away from what you don’t want.
Below is a link to help refresh and reframe your thinking to make the journey to wellbeing. It offers a map to get you to a destination that can manage fear, worry, stress and anxiety that blocks you joy.
Try This ->
1] Read over each of the 20 items and choose one that resonates with you
2] Create an affirmation out of the item you chose – take your time and make sure it feels
right for you
For example: Let’s look at item 3 –
“The goal is to change your response to what you can’t control. To grow so strong
on the inside that nothing on the outside can affect your inner wellness without
your conscious permission.”
An affirmation you could create from the above focus might sound like:
“Without my conscious permission, nothing outside me can affect my growing inner
strength and wellness.”
3] Read your affirmation out loud.
4] Breathe in and recite it quietly to yourself. Use your breath the anchor the feeling it gives
you as you say it to yourself a few times.
5] Try this for five days as many times as you think of it. Put a sticky note to remind
yourself to re-direct your thoughts to what is possible in letting go of your responses
when things feel out of control.
6]Take some time at the end of the five days to notice how you respond to what you cannot
control.
Note: You might want to work with your affirmation by using my FREE “My Affirmations Guide” to help shift any resistance.
